To enhance visitor flow management and ensure the highest standards of safety and service, new access arrangements for group visitors will come into effect from 29 September 2026.
As part of ongoing efforts to improve visitor flow management and to ensure both safety and high‑quality service, S.E.T.E. announces that, from 29 September 2026, on‑site ticket sales, for both lift and stair access, will no longer be permitted for groups.
From this date onwards, any group of more than nine people, including the guide, will be required to purchase tickets online, regardless of the chosen access option.
At on‑site ticket counters, splitting groups is strictly prohibited. Each guide may accompany only one group, representing a single company, with a maximum of eight visitors, within a 30‑minute time slot.
Professional accompaniment limited solely to assistance at the ticket counter is not permitted. Any guided or accompanied visit must continue at least up to the second floor.
Tourism professionals wishing to book group visits must exclusively use the dedicated platform ticketpro.toureiffel.paris and submit a contract request. As processing these requests requires approximately two months, companies concerned are encouraged to begin the process from 4 May 2026.
Tickets for visits taking place from 29 September 2026 will be available for purchase from 2 July.
