CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE SITE

Use of the Site is governed by these terms of use
(hereinafter the "Terms of Use").

The website “The portal for tourism professionals of the Paris Île-de-France destination” (hereinafter the Site) is made available to the public by Visit Paris Region, the tourism arm of the Choose Paris Region attractiveness agency.
The purpose of the Site is to promote tourism in Paris Region .


Article 2: Liability
Given the technical nature of the remote services provided on the Site, Visit Paris Region cannot be held responsible for acts or events beyond their control resulting in the impossibility or interruption of access. to the Site.
Visit Paris Region cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions relating to the information published on the Site. In the event of an error or omission, users are invited to contact us through the contact points available on the Site.
The Site contains a selection of hypertext links to third party websites related to the destination Paris Region. Visit Paris Region  cannot guarantee the lawfulness and accuracy of the information contained on these third-party sites and therefore cannot be held responsible for the content disseminated on these sites.

Article 3: Protection of personal data

3.1 Identity of the controller
The person responsible for the processing of personal data implemented on the site is Choose Paris Region (CPR), whose head office is located in SAINT-OUEN (93400) -2 rue Simone Veil.

3.2 purposes and legal bases of processing

When the user uses the contact form, his personal data is processed to manage requests for information sent to CPR.

When the user uses the newsletter subscription forms, his personal data is processed to manage subscriptions and the development of statistics related to the service.

When the user uses the training registration form, the personal data processed allows CPR to manage the registration and participation of participants in the training. They allow  CPR to manage the obligations to which it is subject as a training organization.

3.3 Data processed and Recipients

Failure to provide all of the data mentioned as mandatory in the forms and necessary for your identification, the request cannot be processed.

Regarding the users of the contact form, the following data is processed:

• identity and contact data,

• data on working life,

• data relating to the request (subject, date, request number, history of requests) and the response provided

The CPR employees in charge of tourism professionals have access to this data.

Regarding the users of the subscription forms for thematic newsletters (training offers, news from the Paris Ile-de-France destination), the following data is processed:

• identity and contact data,

• data on working life.

The employees of CPR have access to this data.

Regarding users of the training registration form, the following data is processed:

• data relating to the training participant (identity data, data relating to academic level),

• data relating to the person responsible for the training file (identity data).

The CPR employees in charge of the CPR's training activity have access to this data.

3.4 Data retention period

The data processed for the management of contact requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact.

The data processed for the management of the training are kept for 3 years from the last contact.

The data processed for the management of newsletters are kept for the duration of your subscription.

However, if communications are not opened for three months, your data will be deleted.

3.5 Personal rights

In accordance with the data protection regulations and under the conditions that they define, any user of the Site has the following rights: right of access, right of rectification, right of opposition, right to define directives relating to the fate post-mortem data, right to erasure, right to portability and right to restriction of processing.
