Since 2017, Maison Fleuret - The Baking School has been teaching the fundamentals of French pastry and bakery. Its workshops, located in the heart of the historic districts of Le Marais, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, and Notre-Dame in Paris, recreate warm and immersive environments. Inspired by memories of travel and childhood, they aim to replicate the atmosphere of family gatherings and the flavors of yesteryear, while transmitting traditions and expertise. 

The classes are led by certified and passionate pastry chefs, eager to share their knowledge, exchange ideas, and offer advice on cuisine and Paris. The workshops are able to accommodate groups and events for both individuals and businesses. 

Maison Fleuret currently offers five different courses: "Croissants," "Macarons," "Éclairs and choux," "Pain," and "Mille-feuille/Napoléon," all "classics" of French culinary art to learn and savor in a typical and friendly setting.
