Fontainebleau Tourisme, the Pays de Fontainebleau Tourist Office is at your side to help you prepare your stay as well as possible. Contact the Office for any request and information at its tourist reception points in Fontainebleau and Barbizon.

Coming to the Pays de Fontainebleau means discovering a rich cultural heritage and a preserved natural territory. The Fontainebleau forest, classified as a World Biosphere Reserve by Unesco, offers 22,000 hectares of nature rich in biodiversity and marked trails.

You are in the land of sovereigns with the castle of Fontainebleau, its gardens and its parks. Listed as a World Heritage Site by Unesco, this "real home of kings" is a real journey into the heart of French history.

Fontainebleau Tourisme surrounds itself with qualified partners to offer unique experiences to be lived, through guided tours, authentic leisure and catering activities.

Opening and closing times

All year round. Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th. Monday to Saturday : 10am to 6pm

April to October

Sunday : 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5:30 pm

November to March :

Sunday from 10am to 1pm.
