The National Museum of Natural History has amazed visitors since 1640.
The garden presents an amazing variety of plant life, with over 6000 different species. The Grande Galerie de l'Évolution (Gallery of Evolution), which spans 7500 m², illustrates the diversity of the living world with its animal display.
Spotlight on Families:
Parents and children can learn more about the challenges of biodiversity through a range of virtual reality experiments (from age 12 upwards). Don't miss the Galerie de Paléontologie et d'Anatomie comparée (Gallery of Palaeontology and Comparative Anatomy), the Greenhouses and the Zoo with 5.5 ha dedicated to wildlife in the heart of Paris.
