Bon appétit!

For more than 10 years, the "gastronomic meal of the French" has been classified as intangible cultural heritage of humanity by UNESCO.

Discovering the best restaurants in Paris and its region is a must for your clients. Bonus: there is something for everyone! Whether your clients are looking for an authentic experience in a Parisian bistro or whether they decide to plunge into the unknown to discover new associations and tastes with the cuisine of star chefs.

Read on to discover a selection of the great Parisian restaurants to discover.

First of all, the Hôtel de la Marine is an essential visit. After 3 years of renovation, this emblematic Parisian monument, located on the Place de la Concorde, will finally reopen next spring. If the spaces are sufficient in themselves, we still advise you to extend your visit to the two restaurant spaces accessible from next September. The starred chef Jean-François Piège has designed the menu for the restaurant that will line the courtyard of honour, while the Café Lapérouse, located to the south of the courtyard, will offer a lighter menu for all times of the day.

The Hôtel de la Marine is part of the Parcours de la Gastronomie in Île-de-France, which promotes the art of living and French gastronomy. The Parcours de la Gastronomie is a project designed to promote French gastronomy and the know-how of Ile-de-France producers, restaurateurs and craftsmen in the regional food sector. The sites making up the Parcours de la Gastronomie are approved by a jury of 15 qualified personalities. Evolving circuits will be proposed over the course of the seasons to take into account trends, new offerings in the Ile-de-France region, visitors' expectations and the coherence that these sites will form between them.
