It is evidently the most plant material of the National Museum of Natural History with its large plant collections, including 8,000 housed in the 6,000 m² of greenhouses and its 2,500 species and varieties.
Out of the 50 hectares open to the public, discover the varieties of trees originating from the Himalayas, the Caucasus, China, Japan, North America, Europe etc. Not to mention its hundreds of furry and feathered hosts including foxes, hedgehogs, rabbits, pheasants, beech martens, wild boars, birds and deer.
Each season is a special trip, flowers in spring, summer fullness, flamboyant foliage in autumn.
