Whatever the reason for your visit, a meal at the Ciel de Paris is an unforgettable experience. The restaurant seats 145 guests in a theatre-style layout overlooking the large windows and on a balcony with a small dining room seating 32 guests. Both can be privately booked upon request.
In order to reduce its ecological footprint, the Elior Group is taking the required steps both upstream with rigorous selection of its products and downstream by limiting its production of waste and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, as well as other waste that could be potentially harmful to the environment.
The Group is committed to continuously improving its use of liquids and consumables through responsible purchasing, planning and behaviours. Water usage is subject to specific measures, namely the installation of push-button taps or taps with automatic sensors at service stations and the deployment of best practices such as water conservation awareness initiatives.
The Elior Group is also working to reduce its energy consumption through the installation of energy-saving equipment such as low energy lighting and equipment and timer switches, the development of renewable energy production (e.g. from biowaste produced by catering operations) and the use of solutions such as video-conferencing to limit the need for travel.
